It all started long back in 1994 when our Father Mr. Madhavrao Bedekar a Businessman and Farmer with vision brought the land of 2 acres in then isolated and very remote village Sadale. And in 1996 we started the construction of our Farm house now called “The Stone Cottage”. Our father insisted that the construction should be in stone and the design of the cottage should be different and unique from both inside as well as outside. Mr. Vidyanand Bedekar, B.E.- Civil (The eldest son in the family) had the sole responsibility of designing and constructing the Stone Cottage, it was the Father & Son combination and coordination that today our Stone Cottage is the most sold or booked unit of our resort. The interior is very simple but beautiful, special care has been taken to value the valley and Kolhapur city view. The Beds are made in stone. In 1998 the Stone cottage our farm house was ready. In the Year 2000 we started renting it the Stone Cottage as a Farm stay. And form then there was no looking back. In the last 16 years we have grown from one cottage to 8 uniquely designed AC cottages, Two romantic Villas with Bath Tub and One Deluxe Non AC room. All rooms are carefully designed for the comfort and pampering of the guests. Every room has a different story to tell about the interiors and the art effects in it. In the year 2006 we added our Restaurant which has the theme of Maharashtrian Village. A semi covers spacious restaurant with lots of old traditional antiques like brass and copper utensils and agricultural, the restaurant showcase the traditional culture of a Kolhapuri Village.
