Pune, the Cultural Capital of Maharashtra is the Seventh Largest Metropolis in India and the Second Largest in the State of Maharashtra. Pune City is closely related to the rise of Maratha Empire in 17th and 18th Century. Laxmi Road of Pune is very famous and is most loved places by people for shopping and it has been surviving since more than a decade. Pimpri-Chinchwad is located in West of Pune, touching the Pune-Mumbai National Highway. PCMC area is developed by MIDC as an industrial zone. Administratively Pune is divided into 15 Taluka’s and 13 Panchayat’s.
