Chartered Accountant :
A chartered accountant’s work involves auditing, taxation, accounting and financial planning. Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets and submitting our comments thereon to help the management in decision-making.
GST Consultants :
GST a newly introduced Indirect Tax in India from 2017, by replacing Excise, Service Tax and VAT. We provide services such as Registration under GST and Preparation & Filling of various returns under GST.
Income Tax Consultants :
Preparation and filing of quarterly and annual returns of Income Tax deducted at Source from Contracts, Interest, Professional Fees etc. We Conduct Tax Audit under the provision of Indian Income Tax Act, 1961. We give advice on income tax matters and also provide services of preparation and filling of Income Tax Returns.
Audit, Internal Audit :
An official inspection of an organization's accounts, typically by an independent body. We Review internal control procedures operating in the company and giving suggestions about their improvement. We do Physical verification of fixed assets, stock, cash in hand, securities etc. Verification of all books of accounts and submission of monthly reports.
