Perimetry Test

Our perimetry test (visual field test) measures all areas of your eyesight, including your side or peripheral, vision. Our perimetry test is an eye examination that can detect dysfunction in central and peripheral vision which may be caused by various medical conditions such as glaucoma, stroke, pituitary disease, brain tumours or other neurological deficits. At the end of our test, a printout shows if there are areas of your vision where you did not see the flashes of light. These are areas of vision loss. Loss of peripheral vision is often an early sign of glaucoma.
