Hadapsar is an Eastern suburb in Pune City. It has three special Economic Zone -, Magarpatta City, Amanora Parktown and Fursungi IT Park. Hadapsar is the Headquarter of the Sanmitre Sahakari Bank. It was an industrial Suburb in Pune and is a part of PMC. Mumbai National Highway runs through Hadapsar which is also known as Pune-Solapur -Road.
Hadapsar is located at 8.5km from the center of Pune. It is known as home to industries as industries like Honeywell, Bharat Forge, Kirloskar, etc are located here. .Also IT/ITES/BPO/KPO like IBM, Compsoft, Tata Consultancy etc are there. Amanora Town Centre located at the outskirts of Magarpatta City, is a shopping mall comprising of 400 acres of gated community and is the tallest building in Pune. Seasons Mall is exact opposite to Amanora Town Center, is in 17 acres of area. It is having largest number of multiplexes in India which includes 18 Screens.
Some of the attractions are Gliding Centre (at Hadapsar), Tukai Tekdi, Theur (Lord Chintamani Ganapati Temple, 16 km from Hadapsar), Kanifnath Temple (30km away from Pune and located at Wadk Road) and Mastani Talav.
